The project consist of a temporary building that will used as church during the construction of the Betania's home. Made reusing as foundations the concrete structure of an existing swimming pool located in the project area, the church is made by structure of Masaranduba's wood, a wood floor of Pau d'arco and bamboo infill panels.
A first step was completed in the last part of December 2015, with the main structure, the roof and was inaugurated on the night of the 24 December; meanwhile the building will completed in may 2016 with the infill bamboo panel that will be completly opened.

The project is a temporary building that will be used as a church during the construction of the Casa Betania convent in Bahia. By reusing as a foundation the reinforced concrete structure of a pre-existing swimming pool, located in the project area, the church is made up of an elevation structure in Massaranduba wood, a Pau d'Arco wood floor and a completely openable bamboo paneling.
A first phase that includes the main elevation structure, the roof and the floor has been completed and inaugurated on the night of December 24th.
The building will be completed in May 2016 with the construction of the openable bamboo panels, currently in the prototyping phase.
